Usage Fees

Our pricing packages offer mail forwarding, storage, check deposits, and other services. Each service is available at an affordable rate.

Mail Forwarding – Want to forward your mail or package? No problem. We can send mail to the address you provided on file or wherever you might need it.

Envelope Forwarding $1/shipment + postage cost
Envelope Flats Forwarding $2/shipment + postage cost
Small Box Shipment $5/shipment + postage cost
Large Box Shipment $10/shipment + postage cost
(Any boxes larger than 3ft x 3ft x 3ft)
International Shipment $15/shipment + postage cost

Mail Storage – Items may take 3-5 business days to arrive at our processing facility and be scanned and uploaded to your account. Once they are uploaded, we’ll hold on to it until you tell us what to do. Envelopes have 30 days of free storage, and packages have 7 days. Each additional day will include a usage charge at an affordable rate.

Envelope First 30 days free from receive date, then $0.10 per day
Envelope Flats First 30 days free from receive date, then $0.15 per day
Small box First 7 days free from receive date, then $0.20 per pound (lb) per day
Large box First 7 days free from receive date, then $0.30 per pound (lb) per day

Check Deposit – Don’t go through the hassle of making deposits with your bank. Instead, let us take care of it with our direct check deposits by mail service.

Check Deposit by Mail $5/deposit + $1/for each additional check included in same request

Other Fees – SnapMailbox’s subscription plans include monthly limits to some features and services. You can go over these limits for a small overage fee per piece of mail.

Additional Address Fee $10 per month
Additional Recipient $3.00 per month per additional recipient
Additional Mail Received $0.35 per extra item received
Additional Open & Scan $2.00 per scan for up to 10 pages, then $1.00 per additional page
